The website has been down now since Friday night. I perceive the major problem to be an incompetent tech support, but I finally got one who knew what he was doing. However due to blunders by previous techs, a specialist group is now ironing out those bugs.
All I can do is to ask you to do what I'm doing: We have to be patient.
My advise to any of you looking for a website host is to stay clear of Bluehost. Their hosting is excellent but their tech support is terrible.
I hope to have some good news soon!
